Service Agreement

By scheduling a service appointment with Boulder Sub-Zero Fix, you agree to these terms. We provide appliance repair services for residential customers in Boulder County and surrounding areas.

Service Calls and Diagnostics

A diagnostic fee applies to each service call, covering the technician's visit and initial assessment. This fee is communicated when you schedule your appointment. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is typically applied toward the total repair cost.

Parts and Warranty

We use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for all repairs. Parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Our labor is warranted for a reasonable period following repair completion. Specific warranty terms are provided on your service invoice.

Pricing and Payment

We provide upfront pricing before beginning any repair work. You have the right to decline the repair after receiving the estimate. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 2 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-show appointments may result in a cancellation fee for future bookings.

Liability

Boulder Sub-Zero Fix is an independently owned and operated repair business with no corporate affiliation with any appliance manufacturer. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or damage resulting from improper installation by others. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.

Independent Service Provider

This is an independently owned and operated appliance repair business. We have no corporate affiliation with Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, or any other appliance manufacturer. All brand names, model designations, and trademarks are the property of their respective manufacturers and are referenced here only to describe the products we service. Our technicians utilize original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and factory-specified replacement components.
